Unfortunately I dont have the knowledge of the majority of users here but I think it your picture kinda looks like this scraggly little guy except not so scraggly :)

I can't tell - they look like BOTH to me! While the Orange Weavers are BEAUTIFUL, I would be 100 times more interested in the drab Grey Singers - because I could listen to them all day!

Definitely not a grey singer. Some type of weaver, whydah or combassou I would think.
