The CWF I "inherited" I didn't have an extra cage so I just put her in with the babies, 3 boys and 1 girl. The bickering has stopped but I have a male that chirps ALL DAY, literally. 12-13 hours of this every day. Thank goodness it's a very soothiny chirp. I didn't think I'd find another CWF. I was really interested in really nice pieds, but "white" colored zebras has always been my preference then pieds. I'm just happy that things have settled down.
Ever have a male finch that needed a project. My family is in stitches because I can never sit still. Always have to have a project. Well, I now have my finch male equivalent. His nest is now a condominian (sp?). LOL
It feels so good to be happy and have something you love to do. Right now all five in the cage are perched wing to wing preening each other. What a sight!
