Bad news 
After coming home today, I noticed once again their food was barely touched. I checked the nest and found 3 dead babies, and 3 unhatched eggs. One of the eggs is infertile, one looks dead and the other may still hatch. The female is still sitting tight as if nothing has changed

One of the eggs is infertile, one looks dead and the other may still hatch. The female is still sitting tight as if nothing has changed 16 zebras, 4 OC Waxbills, 2 owl, 3 society, 1 male Bccb, 2 red faced parrot finches, 2 seagreen parrot finches, 2 parrotlets, 6 chickens, 4 dogs, and 1 cat.

Beautiful birds! Definitely double crested! I am lucky enough to have quite a few double crested ones myself. Enjoy!!
