I use 10%.

I should have clarified this--when I use bleach as a disinfectant, I use a 10% solution. I don't disinfect branches from my own yard, as I know they are chemical-free.

My yard is all organic as well, but the bleach wouldn't do anything to a chemical anyway. Disinfecting with bleach is my assurance that no pathogens or critters are being brought in from outside because there are lots of wild birds in my yard- and who knows what they may have or be carrying.
