Yes it is a cattle panel. I used to have ducks and used this design before as a hoop coop. It is very simple and probably cost me around $100.-$115. dollars if that. During the winter I plan to get plastic sheathing and wrap it the end wall like a green house and ad a heat lamp. Our winters here barely drop below 30 degrees F

Here is a list of materials.

Cattle panel 16' long by 50" wide - $20 found at Tractor Supplies or the like(they even have feedlot panels with smaller welds they cost around $30+)

lumber for base and support - $14 some folks have used pvc pipe.

Netting - $12 I used 7' by 100' deer netting. I wanted to use a smaller chicken wire but could not find any without special ordering. I would recommend chicken wire/hardware cloth if you have a lot of natural predator's and or larger birds.

clear carpet vinyl - 2.09 per sqft. this is what I used for my door. Door could be placed on end wall by framing it out and adding screen door. Youtube has videos of this under hoop greenhouses/chicken coop.

Landscaping fabric(optional) - 20+ I had this on hand. I used this a barrier over the netting and under grass reed screen, provides shade and diffuses rain(Jetstream of water from hose turns to a fine mist)

Reed grass screen - $25. can use a tarp or greenhouse sheathing. I choose the reed grass for a unique look. Bamboo would be stronger but for a higher price.

Zip ties - $4. for pack of 200 used to attach deer netting

I believe that's everything. You can wire the very bottom as well. I just used 6 bags of gravel.
