We have our walk in flights inside.
The lights we use are under cabinet lights. They have a slime enough profile to fit in between cages. You can find them at Wal-Mart pretty cheap. They sell them with a standard bulb or grwo light for plants. Go with the standard bub and then get a daylight bulb for it.
