Is it ok to have my finches drink out of the birdbath?

Hmm...I do think animals (including ourselves) are a bit more durable than we give them credit for, but changing water every 10-14 days sounds like too long to me. What does "that many sick birds" mean? If you changed the water more regularly maybe you would have nearly zero sick birds.fincher wrote:...i clean my water bowls every 10days - 14days or so and if they get a bit of algea in or that i dont worry. in all that i dont get that many sick birds...

I don't think its that big of A problem to change the water A couple times A day in a few cages and a aviary,thats what I have done for several years,somtime's they get changed more often if needed.
If I am not mistaken fincher uses A watering system for their drinking water,which don't get dirty like when its in a bowl
