Sorry not many posts from me this week I'm getting set up this morning for another 10 hr work day. I pop in and out one the site while I'm working but no real time to reply to anything.

No worries Aunty Elana. They are just beautiful, healthy and cute. They are still getting 3 feedings a day. They are all foraging regularly on milllet. The oldest also is eating seed. That one is starting to stand back while the others get their feeding......takes a bit from the dropper and flies away again.

So the oldest (by two days), looks to be well on the way to almost being weaned. They are back to ignoring the boiled egg. I'm going to have to work on that again when I have time off on the weekend.

I may be able to check out more posts tonight if I dont go right to bed after their feeding like I did last night.

Talk to ya soon :)

The work day (week) is over Babsi (sigh of relief...:-)).
Now it's time to sit back, put up your feet, and enjoy your birdlings.

Oh, try feeding eggs a few minutes before offering seeds in the AM. Also, try mixing crumbled millet into your eggs.

Elana, I certainly will. Soooooo glad this week is over and I can refocus on the birds. I will be watching them all weekend long. To heck with the chores. ;) I got critters to look after.

They are almost weaned and dont want the bottle much anymore. I have trying to load a video for 2 days of them taking their first bath.

Its saying I loaded the video on youtube, but wont show it on my playlist. Making me bananas. ~X(

I'm calling down my offspring to get it loaded for ya Aunty. Give me a few ;)

I don't know how to load anything on U-tube, so can't help you there :-).

Just snap some phone picts and throw them my way.

Glad to hear that the fids are doing so well. Almost ready to wean, WOW! Where does the time go?
