what kind of finch?

Post by Albinosilver » Sat Sep 18, 2010 12:13 pm

I was at petsmart the other day and saw the strangest little finch, it was mostly brown, with a bit of bright yellow on it's face and neck. The wings, tail and beak were dark grey.

It was listed as "green singer" but it looked quite differant from the others. Could it be just young or something?

I'll try to get a picture next time I go.

hm...it won't let me go to the link. Can you post the picture plz?

Edit: nevermind, it works. But as I said, it didn't look like a green singer, no grey/black facial markings whatsoever. Thanks anyways.

Heres kinda what it looked like, Excuse the suckish sketch, it's there just to show ONLY the colouring.
