Chestnut-bellied Seedeaters
Does anyone have any experience with this bird? I am thinking of getting a pair. They are really attractive birds. I bought a pair of the Bl & Wh seedeaters over a year ago and so far they have been boring birds. I'v never seen the male and female together. Never. I have not even heard the male chirp much less sing.

I would agree with Cindy... Not much of a song, but striking colors and gets along with others in a mixed flight
