I've seen suggestions of freezing egg food and soaked/sprouted seed. Do I need to do anything special to it before I freeze it? Or can I just portion it out and throw it in the freezer?
Also, how long can I keep it frozen for?

Re: Freezing egg food and sprouted seed
I make up a huge batch of soaked seed, mix with Wheat Germ Oil, Cod Liver Oil, fresh hard boiled egg food - portion in to ZipLok bags and freeze it. I go through it all within 2 months and have to start all over.
Speaking of which - I know what I'll be doing this weekend... boiling more eggs and soaking more seed!
