Keep giving them the eggfood, I promise they will get around to eating it. :D

As for the egglaying, just make sure that she has a constant supply of crushed eggshells. I have started making the mix that Candace has supplied (it is a sticky in this very forum) 8) it will make sure that she has everything she needs to lay her eggs and keep up all of her energy.
