Orange Wing Lacing?

Post by DanteD716 » Thu Jan 26, 2012 3:46 pm

I swore I just posted this, must've not gone through. Anyways, my new male zebra (grey) has orange lacing, and orange frosted tips on his wings. They are kind of faint. What does this indicate? Also, he is with a normal hen. They are both English and pretty big, my best looking birds :D if the parents are big, they'll have large babies. right?

It could mean Phaeo....and I believe OB but traces in the tail and breast bar indicate splits

see splits
http://www.efinch.com/species/obzeb.htm

It can also indicate splits to FF
see section under splits
