Soaked Red Quinoa, Shaved Broccoli tops & Shredded Carrots

Today the birds got soaked Red Quinoa, shaved broccoli tops and finely shredded carrots. I have used the White Quinoa but found the red the other day at Publix. The white has a nutty strong smell and to me has a stronger taste, the red is sweeter. All the birds liked it, the Budgies love quinoa as do the Scarlets. The young normal javas went right to it as did the owls and zebras.
