How do you guys set up lights on top of cages please?
Can you just place them on top of the cage?
Can anybody post pics of some set ups please?
I have a tube light fixture i'm planning on using, ( I had it for my plants
an no longer have anymore )

LOL! I do exactly that. My flourescent fixtures are just sitting on top of each cage and have plastic bamboo plants hiding the front of the lights.Sally wrote:All of my tube-fixture lights just lay on the top of the cage. If you don't like the look of the light laying on top of the cage, you can lay some fake ivy in front of it to sort of hide it.
They seem to enjoy the privacy that the plants offer as well.

I use the 18 inch under cabinet lights but toss the bulbs that come with them and put in good bulbs,
I then use tie wraps and mount them INSIDE the top of the cages, water cannot get to them as they have a cover so birds cant touch em either,
