Once it's complete I'll open the door of the aviary and "let them out"! Free to fly!!!

WOW Jenny, that looks very good. How exciting!
Those will be some happy birds.
Is there a preliminary entrance so the birds don't escape? Just wondering how will you get in & out? :)

Thank you! Yes Sadie, on the far end I have an entrance with the "foyer" screened in and another entrance into the aviary. The flight is 8 ft. long, 4 ft. wide and 6' tall with a covering over the top. I leave the door open from the "gazebo" section and they fly in and out as they wish. If it is possible to see "smiles" on birds faces, I've seen them!!! It's unbelievable how much they have "changed". Lots of singing, preening each other and the biggest change is in the strength they have gained from flying. They fly like little rockets now. My friends and neighbors come over and we just sit and watch the bird adventures! It's so relaxing....and while sitting there I'm figuring out how to enlarge the flight so I can add my budgies!!!

That looks so wonderful. Do you ever get visiting critters?
