Update on "Rain"!!!

Post by Jen » Fri Oct 02, 2015 9:31 pm

My little Yellow Beauty is getting along just fine! He/she is flying stronger and looking great. I can't wait to see him color out. Mom is on another nest!!! Don't know how many eggs yet because I don't want to bother these guys. Little "Rain" had a slow start but seems to be progressing well....keeping my fingers crossed....and a close eye on him. I see Dad is always close by his little guy. These parents are proving to be so attentive....unbelievable!

Rain looks very confident indeed! If I remember Rain's parents are quite the lookers! Should be gorgeous after the molt!

Thank you! He's so light colored now, I'm curious to see how much color he will get. His parents are beautiful with lots of color. Time will tell...

Jen

Looking as cute as ever! I just love this little guy.

As to what you mentioned about these guys being such good parents, just goes to show, that given a chance, Gouldians make excellent parents. I wish more people would realize this, and allow them to raise their own babies.

Keep them pictures coming, he's adorable.

Very pretty! Careful he doesn't get his toenails caught in the chain links.
