Confused goulian pair

I have a pair of gouldians who look like they are SITTING, but there are no eggs in the nest.
They spend a LOT of time in the nest during the day, and the hen is in the nest overnight.

I kept hoping that with them in the nest all the time, they would mate and I would see eggs.
But so far no eggs

And I did check the nest.
Eggs were not being buried under the nesting material, like my other pair did.
