Society finches seem unsettled

Post by Michael blackman » Sun Oct 16, 2016 9:27 am

Hello,I've just introduced a pair of diamond doves into my outside aviary!! The pairs of zebra finches have no problem but the society finches seem very unsettled chirping and fluttering!! The stay very clear from the doves. Thankyou regards Mike.

They'll adjust, mine live with cockatiels, budgies, and a ringneck dove and no longer bat an eye when the big guys fly around.

Michael blackman though I have no doves my society family did the same thing when I added a canary to there flight cage,it has been about a week now and they are not as upset they eat out of the same dish but still panic a little when he flies,My experience with society is not that long but I consider the society the most dramatic little birds out of the other birds I have.I hope things settle down soon
One canary
Two english budgies
