Felt like nest pad

I recently seen in a Pet Shop what is advertised as a nesting pad to put in the nest..Has anyone seen these or used them? I usually just put grass or cut up newspapers in my nests for my Gouldians..

The felt pads are to line canary nests.

I suppose they could be used for other birds that will nest in the open baskets.
