A Good Deal

So I opened up the classifieds in the news paper today and what did I see...
3 red headed parrot finches forsale with cage for $250! I was very excited, until my mom reminded me that I am just a poor college kid and don't have the money to buy them right now.

Why can't I ever seem to find good deals on birds when I actually have the money to buy them. I guess that's just life.

i think we all are like that,i especially have that kind of luck when i have the money i cant find any birds that i want and when i dont have the money i see all sorts of birds that i could buy if i had the money

Funny - when I have the money, and find birds I want, my wife reminds me that if more birds come in the house, it increases my own chances of being put out of the house.

well its better to be in college than be in highschool..im 14 years old..but fortunately my dad is very supportive!

Yeah I definitely like college better then high school (except for the money part). Although looking back I really had it easy in high school!

my parents buy me birds..but when im colege..i dont think they will still do that!

Wow you are lucky! I only ever got one bird from my parents and that was my cockatiel. I got her for Christmas.

aw too bad my dad also likes birds and my mom likes pets to so we all have the same liking to pets
