I would think so, although I have no idea what seeds they will select. It will depend on their overall diet. They will also have to get used to seeing new seeds in some cases. Many seed mixes don't include rye grass, switchgrass, and lettuce seed.
Every customer tells me a different story. One said her birds tore into the switchgrass immediately, so it brought something unique to their diet they were missing.
The Premium Herb Seed mix was designed as the Breeding & Moulting add to the Premium Finch Blend for mixed flights. So depending on the species folks are using it in different quantities and different schedules. When I first started putting rye grass and lettuce seed in front of my Gouldians they wouldn't touch it for 2 or 3 months. Now they eat it heavily during the breeding season. Rye is high in protein and lettuce is a unique oil seed with a nutritional profile that is different from niger or rape. But they had to figure it out on their own...they wouldn't believe me
