Fresh Food Diet?

I have never heard of it. I am a NFSS member and never go on the site!

I just read through some of it, and I really like it!! I will try it atleast once a week!

We are bad! We just use them for the bands!

Yea it's really neat. I use some if it in my birds diet.

Thank you for sharing it with me, I wold have never known.. I think this with a pellet diet in addition is great!
