LOL! You're as bad as me. I'm also a member but never go on the site. I found out about the green day diet from the forum :)
Owls, Goulds, European Goldfinch, Red Belly Siskins and Zebs... For now...

Yea it's really neat. I use some if it in my birds diet.

Thank you for sharing it with me, I wold have never known.. I think this with a pellet diet in addition is great!
