I really prefer the Abba seed mixes..... I buy the 1900 blend for my finches and 1700 blend for my canaries. If you compare the ingredients, they really are exceptional.
These are the ingredients of Hartz small bird universal diet (for parakeets, finches, canaries and other small birds):

but wondering do you think these walmart pelletless seeds are worth a try? the seeds don't look at all dull.. so I am taking a guess that they are rather fresh and there were only two left so I would think they sell them a lot.
