Hi Hilary,

Looks like you're pretty close if not dead-on for them all. My guesses would be:
1) Fawn hen
2) Pied normal male
3) CFW hen
4) Black-cheek male

Summary - they are all beautiful!! =D>

1-grey female
2-grey male (can't be split, cause the abdomen isn't pure white)
3-CWF female
4-BC male

Looks like I stand corrected. I thought #2 was "pied" even if only slightly due to incomplete breast stripes.

Beautiful birds, an especially stunning Black Cheek male you have there. Everybody's comments sound in line, but I think you might be correct in your initial comments. It just may be the lighting as captured in the pic, but your CFW hen seems to have a strong Fawn cast to her. Does she look like these birds from efinch?

Thank you all for your help.

Nagdabit: Thanks, I had seen the website but wasnt sure which mutation of the female zebra's I had and thought I'd ask.

I think the CFW might be a REGULAR CFW and not a CONTINENTAL CFW or a FAWN CFW.
CK here http://www.efinch.com/species/cfwzeb.htm

I think the Grey hen might be a TIMOR X AUSTRALIAN HYBIRD
look at this http://www.efinch.com/zebrahybrid.htm

Here's the Grey Hen http://www.efinch.com/species/zebra.htm

IDK! :?
