Another parrot finch question
Do parrot finches mix well with waxbills or any other species? I am trying to plan out two new aviaries. I Am thinking of parrot finches and some different types of waxbills, but not sure if they will mix well together.

Re: Another parrot finch question
I currently have my parrot finches with 3 pairs of goldbreast waxbills, 1 pair orange bishop weavers, and 4 really old male canaries. Everyone gets along great.

Re: Another parrot finch question
I have RTPF and seagreens with a variety of other finches and waxbills. They don't seem perturbed at all. I only have a problem with one particular male that chase one particular blue cap male., but I think that is a personality clash.
Other than that they are all great together.

Re: Another parrot finch question
I have a pair of breeding Gouldians and a pair of breeding BFPF with quail,in an aviary together with no problems.
Also had at one stage a pair of RFPF in with pair of OB, firefinches, emblema, quail and gouldians. Other than a bit of chasing away from one of the feeding stations, no problems.
