Sensational birds -- I especially like the yellow ones with purple breasts.

U have the right to feel proud!!

I love them -- wish I could have some right now!!
Anna

Lots of Red Throat Parrot Finches, Forbes, Gouldians, BCCB's, RCCB's, Owls, Societies, and BB Fires. Plus, one wonderful 15 year old son, one wonderful husband and two rotten-to-the-core Border Terriers.

LOL.... I am thinking of adding these to my breed stock. But you did buy a sibling or 2 to one of these...may be split to blue. If it was the purple Right leg family band then it is sibling of the Males(earlier clutch though) If it was the blue/white band then sibling of the hen (again, earlier clutch.
These both were results from breeding 2 split to blues so don't know if the sibs got the trait or not.
I have young blues that aren't colored yet, eventually I hope to have enough to sell at the fairs. Just got the blues and silvers lines started. Thanks for your support Jan.

Thanks everyone for your comments, I feel even prouder now :D

Anna, I love the yellows with the lilac breast, the soft colors really grab me as much as the vivid ones.

Renee, I never really cared for WB and never bought any....but I had a couple of pairs that were /WB so had these ....... what was I thinking....I LOVE WB #-o These males are so stiking...the BH and female too.
I now have WB in all head and back colors..... yep, I love white breast
