Is this Society Hen a very light fawn?

Post by annague » Sat Aug 07, 2010 9:32 pm

This is "Cotton" one of my Society Hens.

My thinking is that she is a very light fawn pied but after seeing some pictures of some white societies I wonder if she is mixed with some other whiter color?!

Regardless, she doesn't seem to "throw" her whiteness to her chicks so I guess it's recessive or something...

Does anyone have any idea whether she is a light fawn or what color she might be?

Just curious! :D
