Today I brought home a unrelated pair of Isabel/FF zebra finches, the female is very pretty. I also got two unrelated fawn zebra females to pair with my 2 male offspring from Patches and Cleo. The pair have thrown fawns so I am hoping to get fawns from pairing the 2 fawn females with the two sons.
Pics soon..battery is dead on the camera.

Very exciting! Zebra mutations are extremely intriguing.
Can't wait for the pics of the newcomers.

Re: New little finches!!!
Domenic, when I get these set up and breeding we can try shipping eggs from these. Do you have FFancies? My Fawns will be related since the males are brothers, the two females are not.
There is a show in my area on October 10 and I am hoping to get a few new shaftails so they may be shaftail eggs by Thanksgiving. I am also going to try to get a unrelated pair of fawn zebras.
One of the girls I bought from bought a male Black cheek from me, she had a fawn Black Cheek...very interesting looking finch.
