Thanks Liz, Janine (I went on my own...hmmm), annague and Domenic.

act12
no...it is white cheeked, white chest and underbelly, no tear markings, bright red beak, gray back and head. No flank markings, pied on the back with a gray beatles hair cut. I believe it might be a cross with a dominant silver and penguin...I want them to calm down a bit, I'll post pictures tomorrow.

Could someone give me an opinion...the male in the back with the creast is a pied, I was told it was a penguin split pied.

The one in the middle has a faint tear streak and faint cheeks...I was told this is a female, I am thinking it is a male???? possibly a dominant silver???? Recessive silver???? http://www.efinch.com/species/rszeb.htm

The one in the front is plump, cute as a button and loves pellets, she is like a kid in a candy shop, she can't stay out of the bowl. This looks like a female penguin.

The top picture is the new shy Florida Fancy male.

UMMMM Janine, I forgot the flight for the borkes and the flight the green singers are in and the two cages the new birds in quarantine are in...the lovebird...the two dogs. I say a house with a bird "cottage" would be grand!!! :D

Just wanted to say that your zebras look great. Very unique mutations, cool. And I think Seagull is a pretty good name for a zebra finch. Mine, mine, mine, mine. I can just imagine a zebra saying that.

Thanks Domenic, I can't wait till they are out of quarantine. I am taking two 30x18 cages and joining them to make flights. I am going to put two pairs of the same mutation, different color in the cage. The parents will be banded a certain color and their young a different color. Doing the cages like this will make it easier to feed and water and the cages can be stacked with lights attached to the sides.
