Bird Building - The Chirp Shire

I spent the day moving things around and trying to get all the birds out of the house What a chore this has turned into...

I have the following species I'm trying to give their own space to breed and it is taking so much space.

I have a 3 tier cage that will have a pair of Grens in each cage.
I have a 2 tier cage that will have a pair of Violet Ears in each cage.

Then I have two two tier cages that I haven't decided what to put into them yet.

But with the floor sloped it is proving to be difficult to put "cages" in there so Neil has come up with a track system.

I have set up the following pairs (1 each) today.
Blue Caps
Owls
Parsons
RF Pied Parrot Finches
Swees

Tomorrow I will finish the Grens and Violet Ears and several other "Waxbill" species.

I promise to post MANY pictures of the new look inside the bird house

I did make a change to my flights and put pine shavings on the bottom and I LOVE the look and how easy it is to keep clean. The sheets and towels are just not for me.

Super cages and both pairs are absolutly stunning That is amazing you caught their ritual on film..... awesome pictures and you should have them published in a book!!!!! I do hope they make great parents and you have some chicks to photograph also:D
