Hey I am no Picasso myself. Any artwork I view as fantastic. there is a reason I take pictures and don't paint. Its far easier to capture what is before you digitally than with paint.

As to our temp, I don't know what it would be in Fahrenheit.
We can go to just below freezing maybe -2 deg.C on a really cold winter, but usually its moderate and below 10 deg.C at night in the winter months and around that or over during the summer months. We do get wind chill from the surrounding mountains which receive moderate snow fall, but nothing that lasts for months on end.
We have warm summers but here in Cape Town its not too hot either. A freak heat wave would be the very high 30’s to 40’s.
I think the thing with Cape Town winters is that they are cold and wet, so it feels colder.

We in the U.S. need to get on board with the celsius thing :)

Seems that our climate is very much the same. I converted the temps you gave and 2 degrees celsius is 28.4 fahrenheit. 39 is 102.2

And those are extremes for us as well.

Same here in the west panhandle of Florida, though it only get down to freezing or possible below only a couple of nights during the winter.

Jon, have you considered the tatouage murals that Candace uses on her aviaries? They are very easy to put on the wall, and from what I've heard they look like a real painting. Just a thought, if you don't want to go through the work of painting a mural. :)

Hmm. No, I hadn't considered tatouge murals Domenic. I've never heard of them. Sounds interesting. But, I'm already way over budget so I'd better stick with painting. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
