Video of some of my flights grab your popcorn

*owl and gold breast housed in a 5ft long x 3 ft high flight...it was siesta time and only an owl finch hammed it up!

*the Black cheek w/young in a 5 ft long x 18" x 18" cage ...panning over to the shaftail in a 5 ft x 3 ft flight. Apologizing for any motion sickness the videos might have caused, using a tri pod next time!

hi...thank you. Yes the plants are silks. I remove them and clean them or do spot cleaning with a little white vinegar diluted in water. I actually have 3 of the larger flights, the some of the zebra are in one under the owl flight.

this is a short clip, pardon the little snort at the begining, my little dog was lying on the chair near the cage sleeping/snoring!
Not much action...they see the camera and freeze!

Terrific set up with LOTS of nesting places in there. I have my hoppers on the outside of all my cages - easier for refilling but I imagine having them inside keeps the floor cleaner.

Great set up, happy and healthy birds and very good husbandry; the cages looked spotless.

And the title of your post made me chuckle.

Thank you everyone! Liz the hoppers on the inside are ok but the birds sit on them, roost on then and the tops need to be cleaned off about twice a week. If I had them on the outside, I'd probably run into them and knock them off...I never tried it for that reason!!!!

Great Videos Cindy! I love the first one with the Owls (my favorite  ) .....don't you just love those cute silly little buggers?

My Owls went nuts hearing all the other birds...hehe.

Your set up is so visually beautiful with the plants and flowers arranged in the cages like that. I would love to see your setup from a farther distance...do you have any current videos showing them from afar?

Thank you John and Deborah, I am moving cages and birds around today and tomorrow...lots of little zebras (different mutations) fledged! Once I get everyone settled I film it from a distance.

Beautiful cage set ups! If I was a bird, I would be very happy to be in there. I'm in the process of building a bigger cage and your vids gave me some great ideas. Thanks!

Your owls are beautiful, too! :D
