Buying and keeping in the fridge in a container with the bran, and all other food for them now (except I removed the birdie bread before putting them back in the fridge) and take them out for one day a week (when I remember) and give them romaine lettuce for a day; then put them back in the fridge (minus the lettuce).

Do you give them any dog kibble or anything other than bran and/or oatmeal?

I keep mine in organic whole wheat flour.
The flour goes thru the strainer real good and just mealworms left
