Since I joined the forum I have salivated over the gorgeous pictures of other people's gouldians, relished the stories people told about their gouldians and basically planned and schemed over a way to get some for myself (and I didn't want just any, either; I wanted NICE gouldians).
Thanks to Misty LaRue for making my desire a reality! She has graciously parted with 4 of her exquisite babies.
Misty was very patient with all my questions, took some wonderful pictures for me and helped me through all the genetic scenarios I posed for her.
Bottom line: I just couldn't be happier.So, I am attaching pictures of the foundation stock for my future gouldian breeding program. I want to get to know their personalities before I try to name them so names will come later.
