Help! Are They Sick?!

I think my birds are sick.

My Spice Finch Was Sitting on top of the covered nest.
The Society and Zebra Were inside.
The Spice Was Acting Normal.
I poked and Poked the 2 in the nest and they wouldn't come out.
Finall y they did.

The Society Landed on a perch all fluffed up.
The Zebra landed on the floor of the cage.
I tried getting her onto a perch.
She was flying into things and having trouble landing.
They bolth seemed Fluffed up.

I was wondering If anyone here could Help me.

Are the Zebra and Society females? Could they be getting eggbound? Did you look inside the nest for any eggs?
