Re: Ticked at my Societies
Thank you! I've always thought I did pretty good handfeeding but compared to how they do under the care of the Societies or their own parents...well...as good as I can do just doesn't compare to how they thrive with birdie parents.

Re: Ticked at my Societies
I recently put an abandoned week old Red-faced parrotfinch baby with societies- they had 3 of their own and immediately took over and raised the RF. They fledged but on the 3rd night the RF did not go back to the nest and a surprize cold spell caught us and the RF died.

Greetings! So sorry to hear of the loss of your RF PF baby. They are one of my very favorite finches --
