I found this: About removing the eggs....
Lays 4 eggs, 1 each day. Remove the first 3, store in matchbox lined with cotton wool, replace them with dummy eggs. On fourth day, restore first 3 and hen will start to incubate. This ensures they will be of similar age when hatched, more likely to survive. Remove the cock bird just before laying to allow hen to rear chicks on her own.

only take the cock bird out if he is anoying the hen,i myself have never had to remove a cock bird ,because they help with the feeding and gives the hen a chance to stretch her legs and eat some food for herself,as i have explained before, canary eggs are usually replaced with dummy eggs because they need to hatch all at the same time....or it is highly probable you may lose a couple of chicks due to the speed canary chicks grow at when the second chick hatches the preceding one will be almost twice the size of it and will be hard for it to contend with its larger sibling for food

There is something below on the comment submission Options which says:

Perhaps indicates that you are unable to post anything that requires Flash.

Not sure if it'll work, but you could try uploading the video via the attachment option?

i am really sorry folks,i keep repeating posts,i have just had 30mg of morphine and i am trying hard to concentrate so i dont fall asleep,so if you find anymore please ignore them.at least i figured out how to get my videos on they where the last ones i took and are very precious to me

usually what happens is the older the birds are the more eggs they lay in the next clutch,sometimes they only lay the required amount of what the books say but its not always the same for every bird.sometimes they will fill the nest with fertile eggs,but sometimes they will lay 3or4 and the rest may be infertile,(technical bit here) it some times depends on how much sperm has been deposited if they only lay say 4 fertile eggs then lay 2 infertile then obviously there hasnt been enough to fertilise all the eggs,but if the birds are healthy and have been on a good diet then you may get all your eggs full.your hen is obviously fit or she would not lay that many eggs and they may be all fertile its a bit like humans,but birds cant get IVF treatment

All seems quite in the nest have not been able to determine if there is another egg. Ladybird has been sitting since Easter Sunday. She may be done laying. I figure the first egg should hatch around May 4th.... So now its the waiting game. This is all new to me and being my first and Ladybirds first clutch I am letting nature take its course. She will be a year old in June. Any suggestions and comments welcome.

I have purchased a new camera a little handycam which is much nicer to use. I just have to learn how to use it...
As soon as I can I will post some photos of the eggs or chicks....
