That's a huge clutch! Wouldn't it be amazing if they all hatched? Let us know what happens, Misty!

I know right?! Is that even normal?

I took the eggs away and replaced them with the 4th or 5th egg - I would have to look it up but goodness girlfriend went on to lay 3 to 4 more eggs!!! She is like a Queen sitting on that nest too - just as regal as she can be with her nesting material surrounding her like a fur cout or something...

I think you are right Anna - she certainly seems proud of her eggs! That is why I couldn't get a good look at her eggs because as soon as she goes off them I look (just that one time) but as soon as she sees me coming she goes straight to her eggs - like no peeking!!! So I had about a nano second to take a look and she was settling back on them again.... :D

I found that egg candler too - I still don't know how I missed it?! It was right under my nose for a week or more?! :?

If they all hatch you might have to build an addition to their nest so they'll all fit! Or they'll be stacked 2-3 deep! :D  For some reason that gets me chuckling.. I can see them all stacked up with nothing but open mouths showing.

That is exactly what my husband said  He was like how are they all going to fit? I said I don't know because the eggs almost don't fit!

 This will be interesting! And... what a good problem to have, Misty, (better than no eggs and no interest in them by far!)
