female zebra finch

I have a female zebra finch with a medium size lump on the back of her foot. It doesn't seem to be bothering her right now but it is there. Any advice?

Pictures may help. Is it discoloured? Is it oozing?

Here is a pic. I put a little arrow where the lump is. Looks kinda like it has clear fluid in it. I attached as a jpg file.
