Jack and Jill

Post by lovemyfinch » Tue Jul 19, 2011 7:29 am

This is the house that Jack built. What we are seeing here is only the back wall. The nest goes down and then towards the front. 8)
baby owl born 180611 002.JPG
Jill has spent the last 12 days sleeping in the nest (as well as the entire day) as Jack has been sleeping just above. 8)
This morning, Jack has been going to the edge of the nest but Jill won`t let him in. Could it be? [-o< [-o<

All my finches have been almost dead on exactly to 12 days. I think I had one egg hatch day 14 at the latest. Good Luck and let us know.
