Here are the three babies.
Two look pink but one looks orange?
I didn't want to bother them further, but I wonder if it's ok?

Gouldians are busy at your house
That one chick does not look good. Very dehydrated...or worse
Are the parents feeding any?

They are feeding.
They come out and eat and go back in,
and I hear them feeding them.
I have not seen any tossed out.
Will see if that one survives or not!

Sorry for the loss. I was concerned about them, but that is great that those first time parents are feeding the one! Sometimes they just have to learn the hard way

Sometimes my new parents will toss, and then sometimes they just ignore them in the nest to be discovered by me, never pleasant, but all part of gouldian breeding. Hope the best for the one

Best of luck with the last little one.

If they successfully raise this little fellow, they will probably do better next clutch and that's excellent! He looks good and healthy so far so good. Will you keep a close eye on him and hand feed if you have to? Or, let nature take it's course and see how they do the next time? I'm asking because it seems people have different ideas on what to do. I want to have Gouldians some day so I'm very interested in breeding and raising them. Good luck with this little cutie!!

At least they are breeding and sitting and feeding the one baby. That is good progress for most young gouldians from what people say. Hang in there!!
