What colors of Gouldian finch are easy & difficult to find

What colors of Gouldian finch are the easiest and most difficult to find in your area?

Also when showing your birds to friends and family, what colors do most people like best or least?

I see quite a few yellow backs available in my area. Are they as common to find as green backs now?

I have a hard time deciding which color combinations I like best. :)
Gouldians, RC Cordon Bleu's, and a 9 year old zebra finch.

When someone is in my aviary they always love the normal green, red head, purple breast. These seem to stand out the most.

I personally love the orange head , white breast, green backs. But I also love the yellow, orange heads. Heck... I love them all! :lol:

Everyone loves my BH WB BB male and also my RH PB Normal males....Here it is hard to find BB birds....they are very expensive, I paid $235 for my pair....I also got a pair of WB Yellow birds, they were $200....The RH with the WB and Yellow is stunning....I also have a OH PB Yellow that is popular (one of my favourite)....and I too love a OH PB Normal....It is hard to pick favourites..... :D

I believe that here the easiest to find is the RH PB GB, hardest to find is a silver. So hard in fact, that they only one that I have been able to get my hands on will be coming home with me in the fall from Liz =D> =D> =D> =D>

I personally find them all very pleasing to the eye =D> =D> However, if I had to pick favorites. #-o I love the OH PB GB and the BH PB BB, just something that turns the head. :wink:

RH-PB-GB seems to be common.
A bird shop owner told me that the "normal" color RH-PB-GB is what most of his sales are. This is because the normal is the most colorful. His customers are not knowledgable about mutations. And the mutations are not as colorful as the normals.

BTW in the SF bay area, GB run about $65 each, YB run about $100 each, BB runs $175-225 each, and I did not even bother to ask the price of a silver which I would guess about $250+ each. Even within these certain color combos are more expensive than others.
