Here's a pic of my new little girl. She actually is more blue than the photo, which looks pretty aquamarine.

DJ...I went to your site, she is cute. I hope she settles in for you. I love the name, reminds me of the Crodile Hunter, Steve Irwin's daughter.

Walk-in aviary with Waxbills (6 Cordon Bleu, 3 Orange Cheek, 3 Black-rumped, 1 Lavender, ), 1 European Goldfinch, 4 Gouldians, 2 Spice Finches, 6 Owl Finches, 4 Budgies and 2 male Button Quail.
I also have 2 parrotlets, 3 dogs, 1 snake and 3 freshwater fishtanks.

Thank you for the Bindi compliments; however, the Bindi in her case means the dot Indian women wear on their forehead. Steve, however, my Red Headed Gouldian is named after Steve Irwin, the Croc Hunter, since they are both Aussies; however, my Steve is a girl. My naming of pets gets a bit confusing. Bangles, my lovebird, is named so by my g-daughters in reference to the bangles Indian women wear on their wrists. Stubby, the Orange Headed Gouldin, and dad of my first Gouldian chick, is so named because he has a couple toes missing on his one foot.
And on another topic, I would love for someone to explain how to better attach pictures...... puh..leez. thanx
