Just curious, has the shaft tail ever been plucked, sometime if a feather is damaged, knocked out or the bird has been plucked the feather sometimes grows in white.It is unusaul that shaft tails are pied, is that the only white feather?

not sure if plucked or damaged,its the only white feather .
