Can Finches be kept in a 10 Gallon Tank?

the secret to keeping fish tanks clean is asimple one and Is what I say for any animal, the LARGER the home the better.
My 125 gallon tank is the easiest of all to keep cleaned, followed by the 80 55's etc,
the smaller ones get dirty fastest, and I know they say water changes weekly but yea that causes new algae growth and all kindsa stuff, lol

Snaill killer is useless, algae clean up useless, lol
