New improved nest

Post by lyderbug » Sun Feb 24, 2008 5:14 pm

Yes, you too can own your very own beer cuzie nest!!! It's simple....just take your beer out of its cuzie..stuff some nesting material in it and taadahh you have you own beer cuzie nest.

Yes, my fiance did do this....finchies needed a new nest and we didn't hae a chance to get one today...so he got crafty. We don't really drink and the cuzie seemed to work. They've been looking at it. Have yet to touch it. I'm curious to see if it works....I'll give it a couple of hours.

Very creative but I'll never be able to put that into my aviary! I'll think of beer every morning I feed my finches and never go to work.

Hahaha...yeah no...they didn't touch. I picked up a new nest today that they were much more interested in..they're sleeping in it now.

They were def curious about it, but I think the shape kinda bugged them out. As thirsty as it made us...and as creative as it was, I had to get rid of it.

FF:I wonder as well if the cuzies have chemicals on them? That's a good thought.
