Hmmm ... canary seed ?

I have noticed that my birds always seem to eat the canary seeds in their finch mix first this makes me wonder if i should add more canary seed to the mixe - since they like it, or if i should stick with the finch mix im currently using.
What do you think ?

I would add more of whatever seeds they are eating.
If you don't you end up throwing away more of what they don't eat to give them what they do eat.
Don't give up on the seed mix, as the seeds they eat may change during the year. The seed mix provides that variety of seeds so they can change what seeds they want to eat.
