I think Singing Wings in Arkansas has them, they usually run around $100 a pair. They are impossible to sex visually! I had a pair, as did a friend, and we never did figure out if we each had a male/female pair. I lost one of mine, so I gave the survivor to my friend, figured maybe mine would be the opposite sex from hers and something would happen. Nothing so far. But they are delightful birds if you don't care if you have a male/female pair.
3 Purple Grenadiers, 1 Goldbreast + 1 cat.

I love those little birds!! I have seen them many times at the Atlanta bird marts. I have even considered getting a pair, but were warned to not put them in a mixed aviary. Good luck in finding some. They are adorable little things!

Hi Q,

Did you check with Magnolia Birdfarm? I remember seeing lots of them a few weeks ago, as well as the Quail Finches.
Its a nice collection you have there.
